Request Bulletin Insert

We publish a weekly Sunday bulletin.  While most space is dedicated to parish news or events, there occasionally is room for groups or parishioners to insert a small paragraph.

Can I put an article in the Sunday bulletin?
Anyone can request an article in the bulletin as long as it is for a parish or local Catholic school organization.  We do not permit such things as personal advertisements, i.e., yard sales, lost and found, real estate ads, babysitting, etc.  Our parish web site has a page dedicated for these types of “parish classified” advertisements.

Who approves my article?
The parish secretary reviews the requested insert; the pastor has final approval.  Space is limited and your request may not be honored.

How do I submit my requested article?
We prefer you use the Bulletin Insert Request (link on this page).  The form may be submitted via email.  You may also provide the information via fax (859) 689-5636, mail, or drop it off in the Parish Office.

What is the deadline for a submission?
The deadline for the bulletin is 3:00 PM each Monday.
