EDGE is part of Life Teen for 7th and 8th grade students that consists of Catholic theology, pre-teen issues, social activities and social justice. Social justice activities include a one day summer mission trip and semester service activities. A fall dodgeball/karaoke night and a spring laser tag night are part of EDGE’s social activities. There are two EDGE retreats, one in November and one in April. EDGE meets on the first Thursday and third Monday of each month from 7-9pm.
EDGE Leaders
Requirements of an EDGE 7th and 8th grade leader are that a person be in their second year of their freshman year of high school or older. Virtus trained parents and adults are welcome to join as an EDGE leader. Leaders are required to attend a semester meeting which occurs on the first Thursday of September and first Thursday of January or the first Thursday in June.
