1A - Katrina Reid

Welcome to 1A. This is my fourth year at Immaculate Heart of Mary. While I am originally from the Cincinnati area, my husband and I moved back to the area after my husband's enlistment in the Marines. During that time I taught for three years at Sacred Heart Grade School in WV. We have a handsome, energetic two-year-old boy, Ethan and adorable, newborn Easter bundle, Erik. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Education from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio and my Masters of Arts degree in Early Elementary Education from West Virginia University. As an educator, I value my job and the opportunity that I will have to teach your child the requirements he/she will need to complete by the end of this school year successfully. Your child’s success in my classroom is my number one priority.

As a dedicated educator, I value all experiences and the opportunities that I will have to interact with you and your child. To provide the best support for your child, I look forward to developing a positive collaboration and building a trusting relationship. By working as a team we can ensure that your child becomes an independent lifelong learner.
