Dear Parents,
The Tuition Options Form (link on the left side of this page) outlines your FACTS Tuition Management re-enrollment and tuition payment options for the 2011-2012 school year.
Please note the bottom portion of that letter must be completed and returned to John Doubrava by May 21, 2011. Forms not received by May 21, 2011 will incur a $50.00 penalty fee. The $50.00 penalty fee will be added to your tuition bill.
Families interested in applying for tuition assistance, should use the FACTS link on this page. If needed, please contact John Doubrava for instructions. Applications for tuition assistance must be completed and submitted to FACTS no later than May 21, 2011.
