Welcome letter for new 6th graders

Summer Practice Schedule

If you can not make a practice listed below, please email Mr. Wagner at mwagner@ihm-ky.org   If you will need to miss three of the following practices, please wait and join us in the next Mass cycle.

Wednesday July 18 @ 2-3 PM
Wednesday July 25 @ 2-3PM
Wednesday August 15 @ 2-3 PM
Wednesday August 22nd School Back in Session 2:15-3 PM
First Performance at All-School Mass 8/24  -  8:00 a.m.

Generally, throughout the school year we will perform at the all-school Mass on the first Friday of each month and the following Sunday 12:30 Mass.   Vocalists and instrumentalists should plan to practice every Wednesday from 2:15 - 3:15.  All students should be picked up promptly at 3:15.     

A Mass cycle usually runs from one first Friday to the next.   If you are swamped with other after school activities in a particular cycle, feel free to sit out a Mass cycle--just tell Mr. Wagner, Mrs. Dvornak, or Mrs. Loney that you'll be doing that.
