IHM Parish Council:
The purpose of the IHM Parish Council is to assist the Pastor, proclaim the Word of God through service, and to provide direction as the central coordinating body of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish.
Parish Council Minutes
Terms of Office:
Terms of office for elected members will be three (3) years. Members may serve one term, and then, after a lapse of one (1) year, they may be elected for another term. Parish Council members shall not hold office in any of the following parish organizations during their three-year council term: Bingo, Festival, Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), Boonedockers, Mother's Club, and Sports Committee.
Elections & Nomination Eligibility:
Each year three new candidates will be elected to Parish Council. The elections will take place by ballot on the third Sunday in May. Any Confirmed member of IHM Parish who is at least eighteen (18) years of age is eligible for nomination to Council.
