Rite of Christian Initiation for Children is an opportunity for children, grades 4-8, to complete their reception into full Communion with the Catholic Church by preparing for the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, and Eucharist.
Sessions are held on Thursday evening from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. in the Art Room – October through April.
Each R.C.I.C. candidate is required to have a sponsor. The sponsor must be a practicing Catholic, be confirmed, be at least 16 yr. of age and a person other than the parent of the child.
