Tuition Information 2008-2009
April 29, 2008
Dear Parents:
The IHM Finance Council recently approved the tuition and fee scale for the 2008-2009 school year. This reflects the increases in the Diocesan Salary Scale and increased benefit costs for teachers and staff. It costs Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish approximately $4,200 to educate each full-day child enrolled in the school. Tuition covers approximately 70% of the cost, with the parish supporting $1260.00 for each full-day child. This tuition figure includes all book fees and field trip fees.
We
are grateful for the sacrifices you have made in choosing Catholic Education.
We also know that some families may, at times, find the need for tuition
assistance. Again, Immaculate Heart
of Mary School will be using FACTS Management Company to manage our tuition
payment program as well as an impartial program for allocating tuition
assistance.
We thank you for your continued support of the programs and mission of IHM School.
The following items are enclosed:
EVERY FAMILY MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN
THE RE-ENROLLMENT OR TUITION OPTIONS FORM.
THE COMPLETED FORMS MUST BE RETURNED BY MAY 9TH.
FAILURE TO RETURN THE COMPLETED FORMS BY THE MAY 9TH DEADLINE
WILL RESULT IN A $50.00 LATE FEE.
If you would like to make one ANNUAL PAYMENT, this will be due by May 20th. Annual payments will continue to be paid to Immaculate Heart of Mary; however, we require completion of this form as written confirmation that the annual payment option has been elected. Families who elect this option but do not make payment in full by May 20th will be automatically enrolled in the monthly invoice option administered by FACTS.
If you have any questions or require assistance completing the forms, please contact Gwen at your earliest convenience at 689-5010, ext 233 or gwolf@ihm-ky.org
