Immaculate Heart of Mary Church is seeking a person of faith with commitment to Gospel values to be our new Business Manager/Finance Director. This person will report directly to the Pastor, and assist him with the stewardship of the physical, financial and human resources of the parish. He/she is also expected to manage facilities and non-school staff as well as overseeing all purchases. Qualifications include a business-related bachelor’s and/or master’s degree along with several years (5 years minimum) of successful accounting and management experience; experience in using Quick Books Online, FACTS Tuition Management, as well as proficiency with MS Office software, and excellent leadership and communications skills. This is a full-time position, with fixed hours. He/she must demonstrate ability to work with diverse personality types in stressful situations and be able to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
